They sell a lot of Korean confectionery. A lot of Korean pastries they do have cakes. I have not ordered a cake yet, but I do like coming here. The owner is very nice. Very kind greet you with a smile. You get to smell the wonderful smell of freshly baked breads and goods. They have an assortment of bean breads as well as assortment of custard breads Everything is fresh. You can tell Many of the confectionernaries are not too sweet. They're just right in my opinion. They're a worth coming to though, they are cash only. But the pastries are well worth it. When you eat them, you can taste how fresh they are. They're very flaky, a lot of them are creamy, and they even do have buns that do have curry and vegetables in it. This bakery is well worth the money and worth trying out.If you haven't tried their pastries and confectioneries, you should give me the try.

I was walking around the neighborhood and noticed the sign for New Dokil Bakery. Dokil 독일 means German/Germany in Korean, and the sign reminded me of one of my favorite Kdramas Reply 1988. This store is a cute neighborhood bakery that sells delicious Korean breads, some with cream fillings. The bread tastes fresh and homemade, and it's priced reasonably. The owner is also very friendly and welcoming. They make cakes to order as well, so next time I have a special occasion I'll try ordering from New Dokil Bakery. I like to support local businesses over international franchises, and I'm impressed that they have been in operation for over forty years!

First time here. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I got the custard stuffed bread at a great price, and it tasted fresh and creamy and sweet. Wonderful place to stop and pick up something to treat yourself. They should update the storefront to be more visible and attract more customers.
